Individual therapy offers personalized mental health support through one-on-one sessions with a therapist, addressing depression, anxiety, borderline personality disorder (BPD), PTSD, stress, life crises, and parenting challenges. Hello,
I was born in Ukraine, where I earned my Bachelor's degree. I then moved to the United States, where I completed my Master's degree in Marriage and Family Counseling and embarked on my journey as a therapist. I have had the privilege of traveling and immersing myself in diverse cultures.
Upon my arrival in Alberta, I expanded my expertise and established a successful practice. With a total of 20 years of experience in therapy and 12 years of experience in assessments, I have extensive training and proficiency in various schools of psychology. My background, coupled with my personal and professional experiences, uniquely positions me to serve the needs of clients who speak English, Ukrainian, and Russian.
I am passionate about maintaining an active lifestyle, spending time with my family, and traveling. Alberta offers abundant opportunities to stay active and connected with nature throughout the year. I am fortunate to have a family that shares these moments with me.

I was born in Ukraine and, like my husband, I have always been passionate about understanding people and helping them grow. Having lived and worked across different cultures, I have come to appreciate the deep connection between emotional well-being, physical health, and a meaningful, values-based life.
Fluent in English, Ukrainian, and Russian, I offer coaching focused on the impact of nutrition on mental health, as well as personal growth and relationship coaching for women. My approach is grounded in traditional values, emphasizing femininity, emotional wisdom, and the importance of nurturing healthy relationships and family life. I support women in reconnecting with their inner strength, cultivating self-respect, and finding balance between personal development and their natural roles within family and community.
